When you sign up for our newsletter on our landing page, we collect and process the following personal data:

Email address

Purpose and legal basis: Your data is used solely to send you information about AddPower and our products, based on your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR).

3. Data Recipients

Your data may be shared with third parties for processing purposes.
We use Shopify (Shopify International Limited, Ireland) to store and process names and email addresses and to send our emails. Shopify acts as our data processor under Art. 28 GDPR, and we have concluded a corresponding data processing agreement.
Shopify also engages Shopify Inc., Canada, for certain processing activities. Since Shopify Inc. is located in Canada, your data is transferred to a third country. The European Commission has determined that Canada provides an adequate level of data protection (adequacy decision).

4. Your Rights (Articles 15–21 GDPR)

You have the right to request information about your stored personal data at any time.
You also have the right to request correction, deletion (“right to be forgotten”), or restriction of processing.
You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect.
Additionally, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

5. Storage Period

Your data will be stored for as long as you are subscribed to our newsletter and have not requested deletion.
Once you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent, your data will be deleted.

6. Cookies

Our landing page uses technically necessary cookies to ensure proper functionality.
If tracking or analytics tools are used, detailed information will be added here.
